VO2 Max Results

Well, I got back my VO2MAX results from the start of the little "Science Project" but now I will need to get some details of what this all means?? Now I know what people think when they look at a network diagram with netflow statistics and syslog output...The router sends IP packets to who?

I have one more "follow up" that I can schedule with Jeff to have another VO2 Max test done and see if I have improved at all. I think I will schedule it for sometime after the VQ and before the 1/2 Ironman next year but I will have to see when we get closer.
